No delivery. Now you may want to look into a delivery service such as uber eats or door dash.
Great food clean restuarant great prices.
Great food. The fried alligator is fantastic! Ain't much to look at it but it's delicious.
I just didn't like that I was charged more than I was quoted on the phone. I called my order in and they told me my cost and when the person picked up my food, my receipt stated the quoted price but they charged my card a different price. And they told the lady that went in for me it was a service fee for to go.. I've gotten food to go from here many tonnes and that has never happened..🤔😑
The food is better than Pappadueax and reasonable prices!!! Great atmosphere!!! I recommend it to everyone!!!! One of my favorite spots...
The girls in in in the do not speak English very good
I had the Fish and Shrimps with Mixed Vegetables, the Fish and Shrimps were lighted battered a fryed perfectly. The Mixed Vegetables were steamed and not over cooked. I just enjoyed my entire dinner and highly recommend Cajun Town Cafe.
Best grilled chicken sandwich in the northwest and great chicken tenders
I wish it was a little cheaper, but I got to try gator, fish was good, gave me salsa instead of marinara sauce (which is also good), and service was fast. Wish they had a patio to sit in, but at least the place was quiet
The worst gumbo I ever had!!! to much tomato sauce. and it was just bad! I'm not going to eat it. my wife had chicken strips and fried shrimp its okay but not the best they fill up the plate with fries it's not worth the price
This location and food is great. Customer service is excellent. Our waitress keeps coming back just to make sure if we need anything else and was very friendly.
I love Cajun Town Cafe is because the food is delicious my son loves the Bayou Combo. We go here all the time.❤
One of my favorite places! I go every Sunday and get fried catfish and red beans and rice and house salad. Been going here for years!
Great seafood.Fried catfish and fried oysters.French fries are great.Good for eating in our take out.
Good food, fast service, and well priced.
The food is good, but the place is too small and too noisy. They closed the location at Greens Rd which was much larger. Prices could be better. If you need extra tartar sauce or cocktail sauce you will have to pay extra. They don't give you enough to start with, the little paper cups like you get at Long John Silvers
Employees are so polite!! XOXO
Wow first time coming here, and it won’t be the last either. Shrimp pie boy was delicious! I wasn’t expecting it to be that big, but was worth every dollar! Deff coming back!
Food was good we had the chicken tenders and the Cajun pasta. The fries were great! We will come back. You get a discount if you pay cash and you get charged processing fee for paying with card, so bring cash!
This place was awesome. I can't wait to come back.
Black'n chicken breast was great for my taste. I am not a fan of cajun food. But really like this dish.
Awesome sea food place, great Customer Service and staff. I have been coming here for years and they never seem to disappoint. I always order the red snapper with dirty rice and topping #4 or #5 so delicious, their house raspberry tea is always a must! If your in the North Houston area and craving a delicious sea food place this is definitely the place to visit, I’m a hundred percent sure you will be back. keep up the good Work Cajun town.
Disappointed in the service😤I ordered the Bayou Combo and when I got to my house there was hair on my fish. I called and they said the manager stepped out they would take care of this. After I arrived back to Cajun Town a associate offered me a refund but said he had to keep the $2 for my drink. After I drove there a second time 🤬CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE! I will be reaching back out to the manager.
This place is A-1. The food is fresh from the grill and, is well seasoned. Beware as this place serves big portions.
The food was delicious! We drove cross town to get a great Seafood meal.
Quaint and casual neighborhood place. Good frozen magaritas (get 🍓 flavor). Decent food, but the TITANIC SHRIMP APPETIZER is delicious (it can actually be a meal...3 of us shared it) and their cornbread is amazing! They have nice portion sizes and the staff is very friendly.
I purchased two Cajun pastas with an extra order of chicken and was very disappointed in the taste and quality of the food. The chicken was very rubbery and chewy and the sausage had very little flavor. The Cajun sauce they use is very tasty but other than that it was a very bad dinner that resulted in a loss of $40...
Kids liked their burgers. Tons of fries. Seasoned. Gumbo, dirty rice, fried fish and shrimp. My wife wants to drive across town to come eat here.👍
Great food at a cheap price awesome service and nice and clean environment. I will be going back soon
Very disappointing considering the ratings. The boudin was mushy and tastes store bought with cayenne or paprika thrown on top. The fried fish were two thin filets of rubbery tilapia, No seasonings or spices were used on the fish or the oysters just breaded with cornmeal and fried. The gumbo was just a bland stock with green bell pepper, some shrimp, and a scarce amount of rice. It's possible there was some chicken scraps but no sausage in the gumbo. Highly overpriced for the quality of food, I would not recommend.
Good food*****, decent prices***, order at the bar and self serve drinks***. It is a "hole-in-the-wall" type place, and I probably wouldn't have found or tried if not recommended by locals. You definitely won't leave hungry, and the food and flavor is authentic Cajun style. Good Job! easily handled a group of 8 without issues. I would definitely recommend getting here before the lunch rush during the week days though.
Great food, excellent service, and fair prices. I recommend the etoufee combo
I love the food there. The portions are plentiful and the Greek salad was fresh. The service was good and the people friendly.
This place is the go to for fish. It's an amazing hidden jewel. Everytime I take someone to this place they always say "This is my new place for fish".
The food is a little pricey, however, it hasn't stopped me from going there. The food is lip smacking, finger licking good.
Food just out right delicious. Hot and crispy fries. Would have gave them 5 stars but the sweet tea almost gave me diabetes.
I’ve been eating at this restaurant since I was little (the previous location) and it’s the best Cajun food in town!
I had their half crawfish and half shrimp ettoufee. It was absolutely delicious!
Cajun Town really have delicious food. It's actually a spin off of Pappadeaux. I think they used to work for Pappadeaux. Everybody needs to try the number 3 topping with EVERYTHING!
Well, after 30 plus miles 🚲 I found this nice and delicious place .... service was top 💯 I will bring double tip next time .
I ordered the blackened red snapper and it was extremely dry with hardly any flavor - the only thing that saved it was the delicious butter cream sauce with shrimp, crawfish and avocados. I've ordered grilled fish in the past and it was also dry. The grilled veggies were cooked perfectly, but bland, however, the dirty rice was good and spicy. I tasted my roommate's fried fish and it was very good, so I will only order fried fish in the future. The prices are a bit high, but you do get a lot of food.
Nerver dissatisfied! Favorite dish is the Half & half(half fried crawfish half crawfish etouffe
SERIOUSLY-- Come get some Crawfish etouffe, seafood gumbo, & ask for Efrain. He's just awesome. This place has been here for a very long time & it's had ups & downs, but Dude... it's definitely 100% Amazing right now. Want some cajun? Come here. Want a burger? Come here. Wanting some fish & beans & rice? Come here.
Had Royal combo and Margarita special. Perfect seasoning on catfish and fries. Non- greasy fish and fries. Just perfect. Clean. Ample lighting. Free parking lot. Crawfish bisque was a little salty and had corn - little different, but tasty. Friendly staff.
The cashers some of them are very mean. The food use to be great but it went down its not good like it use to be i got sick from it. Their prices are very high but the Quality of food is to expensive if its not good.
They've been here in Inwood Forest for ages, and is a well kept secret in the neighborhood. Even so, people will drive from across town to eat here. Some of the favorites are the gumbo, the etouffee and the fried catfish is SO good, you'll slap your momma! You've got to try their cornbread, it's like nothing you've ever had. Just keep it in the down-low, the line's long enough as it is!
Moderately priced and super awesome as usual. This is some of the best seafood in all of Houston. Every time we have eaten here we have never been disappointed.
It was night-time when I ordered the blackened chicken breast from there. It tasted absolutely atrocious and the corn they served me didn't look fresh as if they used the leftover corn from 3 previous dishes they served. That too, tasted awful. It gave me a headache when I was forcing myself to eat it so I could get most of my money's worth (12-16$(?)) but I instantly stop when I started to gag. It was probably a bad night for me to go there at that time.
Definitely the best for anything you decide to eat here! My top pick is the half and half which is half fried crawfish tails and half crawfish etouffee. And make sure you pick the dirty rice to go with you meal. Dont forget to get an extra corn bread it'll be worth it!
Fresh food decent prices authentic taste. Highly recommend
This is a small hidden gem. The food is great, I especially love the shrimp ettouffee with dirty rice. If you pay with cash, you get a discount.
